Failure to deliver TWICE

A couch was bought from Coricraft forset hill on Sunday 21 February 2016. After being promised a speedy delivery at a charge of R550( pricey considering we live 10km away). We heard nothing from the store despite trying to follow up numerous times during the week that followed. Eventually a sms was received promising delivery on the Friday between 9 and 11. 11am came and went . Eventually by going to the coricraft head office we managed to find out that the couch hadnt even left the warehouse yet as of 11 am. At this point we were faced with s****ping our weekend plans or cancelling the delivery. Upon cancellation -which was received extremely unprofessionally as if we were causing severe inconvenience for not cancelling OUR plans- we requested the couch be delivered the Monday. Monday has since come and still there is no news on the couch. Coricraft head office has again been contacted to no avail.As a comparison we recently shipped a bed from Namibia for less and faster. USELESS. We continue to sit on paint tins.
