Extremely Poor Service and Communication from Coricraft Tygervalley – Missing Items and No Accountability
We purchased a couch from Coricraft Tygervalley on 26 September 2025 for a revised quote, which was explicitly confirmed to include all cushions (after we noticed the initial quote had excluded them).
Despite this, our delivery on 27 October 2025 arrived incomplete - the back cushions were missing. The delivery and invoice were both based on the original incorrect quote, even though Coricraft had confirmed and accepted payment for the corrected one.
Since the delivery, we’ve had to follow up repeatedly:
27 Oct: Emailed to ask why the delivery didn’t match the approved quote. 28 Oct: Sent a follow-up email - no response. 29 Oct: Sent another email - still no response. Had to call for any form of response. 29 Oct (17:46): Finally received a reply saying the cushions “will be ready by 10 November” and that the delivery date would be confirmed on 30 Oct. 30 Oct: No further update unless we chase again.
We’ve had to do all the follow-up ourselves, with no accountability or initiative from Coricraft’s side.
To make matters worse, the sales consultant eventually rep**** with a confusing and contradictory explanation that “the back inners were in stock” but “can’t be found” — which hardly inspires confidence in Coricraft’s inventory management or communication between departments.
We have received no apology from management, no clear plan of action, and no proactive communication about when this issue will be resolved.
After more than a month since payment, and days of chasing for basic updates, we are left with an incomplete product and empty promises.
This experience reflects unacceptable service from a major brand like Coricraft.
