Extremely Poor Service

We bought a coach from Coricraft in Tygervalley, when they delivered the coach it was the wrong one a 2 seater instead of a 3 seater. We called our Salesmen Angele he said we can keep the 2 seater coach and he will sort out the paper work and refund us a R1000 it would take about 3-5 days then the money will be transferred back to us. It has been more than 2 weeks now and we still haven’t got any money and every time we call Coricraft and ask for Angele he is either on leave or sick or out for lunch and he’s colleagues say they will phones us back no one ever does we are so disappointed in customer service we don’t know what to do anymore. Yes, Coricraft has nice furniture but it’s not worth the stress and the feeling all they want is your money and they are done with you. The customer P/O is ********** 832
