Extremely Bad service, no respect & have a different story every month!

On the 17th of October we went to Coricraft Kolonnade Retail Park, we wanted 2x couches but did hesitate cause we really wanted only 1 by the 3rd of Desember because we have a really special occasion planned for the 19th of Desember. The sales consultant told me that we should pay now so that they can start making the couch & then be delivered on the 3de of Desember so we payed everything etc. At the end of November we went to the branch again just to check up & make sure everything is in order & the same consultant told me that our couch will be finished on the 3rd & then be delivered by the 11th of Desember, Which I was not happy about cause that’s not our arrangement but we said then it’s fine but we need it by die 11th & she told me it Wil surely be delivered by then. So then today the 9th of Desember, my husband phoned in to make sure that the delivery wil be on the 11th & the SAME consultant said yes everything is in order. So My husband forgot to ask if they could give a an estimate time of the delivery to make sure we are home. So I phoned the Warehouse in Roodepoort which the consultant told me they are marking the couches at & I spoke to a consultant and she told me that the not one of the couches are done & I said that’s unacceptable and told her the whole story mentioned above- she then diverted me to the Kolonnade Branch & the SAME consultant who assisted us answered the phone & was very rude & arrogant & said that she already spoke to my husband and explained to him so why should she explain again to me & I told her that I want a “time” on the 11th for my delivery and then arrogantly she said she already told me on the 17th of October that the couch will only be done and ready from the Cape Town branch on the 11th of Desember & then they will let my know about the delivery date. She keeps on repeating “I never lie” “I never lie” but every damn time it’s a different excuse! She then just told me all in a comfort zone you may speak to my manager she wil tell you the same so I said yes & gave her a call & she told me that both our couches are done and being shipped and will arrive within 2-3 days & then the warehouse will give us a call to arrange delivery.

This absolutely blew my mind how everyone working under the same roof have so much excuses! & NO respect for customers!

If your a person ready to buy couches! Please spare yourself a lot of drama & go to another branch!
