Extremely bad service from Coricraft:

On 10 September 2022 I was looking at office chairs at the Tyger Valley store. I found one I like and took pictures of it with the price (R2299.00) on to show to my husband. A week later I decided I wanted to buy the chair. I went back to the Tyger Valley store and looked at the chair again, the price tag on the chair was still R2299.00. When I wanted to pay the sales person told me it was R2699.00. I then told the sales persons that it was not the price on the chair. The answer was I have to pay the price on the system, there is nothing they can do about it. The Monday morning we phoned the manager to complain about this issue and the service at the store. After many back and forward calls, all that Coricraft is willing to do is to give me free delivery, which I don't need because it is a chair that can easily fit into my car and I was never planning to have it delivered. I still have pictures of the chairs priced at R2299.00. I feel Coricraft should have taken the R400.00 loss because it was their error! This is basically false advertising and is misleading the customers. Also don't try to contact Coricraft on their whatsapp costumer number, as you get NO reponse on the number. Very dissapointed and I will rather take my business elsewhere!!
