Extremely bad service from coricraft

I bought a couch from coricraft almost seven months ago the quality is extremely bad ive complained about this they sent me a second couch still the same problem ive been **** to and with every excuse under the sun ive gone from manager to manager from kim to olga to annabel to dave with promises and its still not soughted as they do not care they sought all the big customers out and not you I will carry on making a noise until I get my refund with interest
