Extremely bad service

<p>I ordered a slay bed, otoman and a queen size mattress from coricraft. I paid R15375 cash on the 20th of November 2016. Its 3 weeks now and i still have not received items. I phoned several times to follow up and to confirm delivery address. During one of my follow up calls i was told that the mattress eas delivered to Rustenburg and that the driver refused to take items back to warehousr in Johannrsburg and they had to get another truck to take items back, which will delay delivety. A few days later i phoned shain and then Coricraft confirmed that they will deliver on 20 Dec. Today, 9 Dec at 15.30 i received a call from them informing me that the mattress that was sent back disappeared and they cannot deliver anymore!!!!! I am so dissppointed in Coricraft. I regret buying from them. </p>
