extremely bad service!
<p>i bought a BED, 2 DRAWERS and a QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS 6 weeks ago, and i am still waiting for my mattress. they told me it will take 2 weeks... so last week (week 5) i did receive my full bed and 2 drawers and.... yes one is broken. so (week 6) and i am still waiting. Rustenburg Branch told me on Friday. that i will receive my mattress on Monday and today i heard that same song again. i will get it on the 1st of August.</p>
We apologise for the poor service you have had . As I understand it everything has since been resolved with a refund .
Please let me know if you ever give us a second chance , I will ersonally handle your order.
