Extremely bad customer service
I'm really disappointed with their service, a lot of back n forth just to get a refund due to lack of staff training.

I was initially told that I will get my refund from the store directly, when I get there, then they tell me I need to send my ID to head office, my airtime and petrol is being waisted due to *********** staff
