Extremelly poor online purhcase service

I have experienced the worst customer service since purchasing a R15 000 product from the Coricraft online store. I receive continuous empty promises from their support team and have not received my product or any update on my purchase which was over a week ago. Quick to take money and extremely slow to deliver any form of service. I would highly recommend not buying anything from Coricraft online.
