Exploitation of customers during lockdown.

Very bad service Online sale never existed,I think it was their way of making money during lockdown.cushions were on sale and after placing an order I received a call stating they have run out of cushions so I must go to the nearest store to choose something else.I declined the offer because I wanted those specific cushions.I was promised a refund.I have called endless times requesting a refund ,sent emails still no response.Please investigate this group.
