Expensive goods! Poor Service!
Very disappointed with the after sales service from Coricraft. The quality has definitely gone down over the years. We ordered over R25k of dining furniture. The delivery was scheduled for the morning ( even after we specifically requested a later delivery because nobody was home). The company is so inflexible and unprofesional as it's 18.30 and we are still waiting for a delivery that was re-cheduled for 13.45 - 16.45.
After this awful experience- I'm sure we will NOT be buying anything from this business ever again! High prices for depreciating value for money.
