Expect to wait a very long time

I purchased my couch on 2 April 2023. I was told I should expect my couch within 6 weeks. It's going onto 7 weeks now and still no couch received. Customer service is poor and no one can confirm when I will receive my couch.

Thank you, the balance of payment was made on ozow yesterday. Still waiting for the delivery to be booked. I have not received any communication from the delivery team
