Excellent Service

I am very happy with the service I continue to receive at Coricraft Cresta. I have been their customer since 2015, and whenever I have issues with my furniture, they attend to it promptly. In 2018, I bought a leather corner couch, and in 2022, they arranged for my broken frame to be fixed at no additional cost because of a 10-year warranty.

Recently, I bought a dining room set. I paid the deposit and was surprised that my furniture was ready within 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks as expected. Furthermore, I requested the manager, Zandie, to expedite my delivery and was overwhelmed by the professionalism she showed. She immediately sent an email to the warehouse and called them in my presence (even allowed me to speak to them). As a result of her efforts, my furniture was delivered a day earlier than previously arranged.

I would like to commend the team at Cresta, led by the Manager Zandie and all her amazing colleagues, Martha, Thuli, and Kevin. Kevin is a very helpful, patient, courteous, and professional salesperson.
