Excellent Service

We purchased a coffee table at Coricraft Clearwater and on delivery , we noticed defects on the table. We then called the customer service line on the invoice and Sthembiso was the person that answered the call. We explain our problem and then he provided us with an email address to send pictures on the defects. Upon sending the picks we were urgently notified by e mail that our coffee table with be exchanged for a new one and a delivery date was decided upon. I'm happy to say all was sorted thanks to Sthembiso excellent customer service. As a Coricraft client this kind of service has guaranteed my support of the retail store for a long time
