Empty promises of delivery

My mother went to Coricraft Eastgate on the 21st of September to purchase Mala couches which she was assured the couches were in store and . The sales consultant Michael Masinga assured her that there were 7 two piece couches in their stock of which 4 were already purchased . The three remaining Mala couches were sold to her and three otamans of which she was assured would be delivered on the 24 th of September 2015 . We waited the entire day in vain for the couches to be delivered. My mother and I called the call center and were disappointed to hear that the couches are still in Cape Town and can only be delivered on the 20 th of October 2015 . We then called and spoke to Michael who apologized for the inconvenience caused however did not come with a solution . The amount of R 32 600 was paid in full and now were are stuck with a house with no couches and have an event this weekend and have no solution. We requested for a refund and told that it would take 5 days for the money to reflect .we are not happy and definitely will not be purchasing anything from Cori Craft . What a disappointment !!
