Empty promises, *********** sales staff and zero communication

DON'T EVER ORDER A COURCH FROM CORICRAFT. Their couches are great (in the showroom - from what I can see), but service, common sense and basic communication is non-existent. It has been months, and if I haven't been calling on a consistent basis to receive updates, I probably wouldn't have received any feedback until this day. The sales staff are extremely *********** and don't have a clue what is going on. Empty promises were made on the day of the sale (just to get the sale through) and immediately after things changed from rays of sunshine to dark clouds. Until today they are still unable to provide me with a date when the couch will be done, nor a delivery date etc. Not even to mention how many times I've had to "change" the fabric due to them not having stock!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS IT IS GOING TO SUCK!!! BIG TIME
