Empty Promises and Poor service at Corricraft Krammerville

Bad service, empty promises to deliver on Time, Date of delivery moved from the 21st March 2018 to 28th March 2018 and again to the 4th of April , I called on the 4th of April and was told by Kaylan (the salesman at the Kramerville store) my order will only by ready on the 18th of April. When I asked him for a refund he told me it will take 7 to 15 days for me to get a refund.
