Empty promises and poor communication

I bought a handcrafted couch and matching ottoman in February. My sales agent was Kurchen, who gave me an outstanding service and updated me every step of the way as it took 6 weeks for the couch to be made. On the 09 April 2021 I received my delivery and upon inspection, I noticed a small tear on the ottoman, which I refused to sign delivery on and instructed the delivery guys to take it back. I have reported this to Coricraft and Kurchen called me to say that the ottoman will be delivered on Saturday 17 April 2021. Till date, I have not received my ottoman, a follow up or an apology from this company. Once the transaction is done, they treat you like **** as though you just spent 25 cents instead of R25 thousand of my hard earned cash. I will never buy anything from this company ever again....They are useless and disrespectful. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
