Empty Promises

I ordered two couches for my lounge with Hannes from the Boksburg branch on the 30th of March after being promised that I would not have to wait the required 6 weeks for production of my couches, but that the couches would be delivered by latest the 23rd of April. I phoned on the 11th of April to confirm this with Hannes at which he again assured me that we are still on track for the 23rd (a Saturday to which he responded they deliver on Saturdays). I received a phone call yesterday and today from Coricraft to state that the earliest completion date would be at the end of May. I have asked for a full refund and would rather take my business somewhere else. I wonder how long it will take for this to be processed. I would strongly advise against taking any sales persons word at coricraft. It seems like the sale is more important than the service
