DRIVER DROPPED TABLE AND LEFT / DISGUSTING SERVICES

We ordered a 3.5m dinning room table for our office which got delivered today 03 December. We were unable to get this table to our office by either the lift or the stairs. The driver advised that he would go fetch guys to make alternative arrangements. They left the table in the foyer of the office building and left. The driver **** to his manager and said that we said he could leave the table here when we did not. It is now a Friday afternoon and our table is in the foyer of our office park. We have called a million times to try get them to come help us but the service is disgusting and nobody has even assisted us. We spent a fortune on this table and it gets dumped in the office foyer and nobody cares to assist.
