Don't sell something online of you cannot supply it

Honestly the worst service I have ever received. I ordered pillows from their online shop and have waited nearly two weeks for them to give me a delivery date, and am still yet to receive any correspondence on my order. I have repeatedly emailed them asking to inform me about my order and have not even bothered responding to me.

For a delivery fee of R95 this is absolutely pathetic. I expect a maximum of 3 days before my order is delivered. If you charge so much please back it up with quick service.
