Don't buy from them

This company deserves its low rating and it doesn't seem to care either. Their online shop isn't up to date with the stock they have on hand, they don't even have the proper options available. I ordered a side table in what I thought would be an ash grey but a client care consultant called to tell me they didn't have it in the light wood variant. There is no light wood variant on their online store!!! Never mind the fact that they didn't have one of the items I ordered in stock and then told me that either I would have to pay an additional delivery fee, ON TOP OF WHAT I ALREADY PAID or I would have to collect it myself. They said they would phone me when the product arrived, they didn't. I tried getting a refund, sent through the form, even got a confirmation email stating they received it, yet when I called the agent I spoke with didn't have any knowledge of the request, their system was no help either. Then they call me stating that the product was received at the store on the 18th, it is now the 8th of the next month. So in 3 weeks' time, no one thought to call me to collect the R 4000+ order I placed a month ago.

Honestly, Coricraft just sell your products from the floor your online store just isn't cutting it.

Tl;DR; Don't buy from this company!
