Don't buy a bed at Coricraft

Purchased a very expensive bed & base from Coricraft around 4 years ago. The mattress base has completely collapsed. I contacted Coricraft because the mattress had a warrantee. The long and short of it, is that the costs involved in changing out the mattress are close to R9000. Now, I completely understand that the mattress is no longer new. So I asked if it could be repaired. The answer from Coricraft's supplier was that yes, it could, but I would have to get the mattress sent to JHB from CT, pay for the repair, and then pay to have it sent back to CT. I contacted Coricraft numerous times to query why a product of theirs could not be repaired in CT, and they have simply ignored me emails.. the same people who put me in touch with their suppliers, have just decided not to get back to me.
