Do not deliver on what ordered

Placed an order and paid in full for goods, including delivery and Scotchgard. When unit was ready for delivery, received a phone call as to find out when I will collect - Kagiso never include the delivery. The unit was delivered - after going through the docs - realised that the Scotchgard was not done - went to the store the very same day and Kagiso confirmed that neither the transport nor Scotchgard was specified or confirmed. Arrangements was made to do the Scotchgard on the following Wednesday - once again Kagiso did not confirm the date or time , needless to say it did not take place. Made arrangements for Saturday morning 9:30 - still nothing, only after numerous phone calls received confirmation for 14:00 Saturday afternoon. The store did phone as to re-imburse R 450 , but still needs to see if that will happen. At least it will compensate in part for the leave that I had to put in for Wednesday.<br> Should have come here first to check the complaints and service section before purchasing
