Do I work for you? Or do you provide me with a service?

Someone somehow put transactions from multiple places across the country on my card. Apparently they simply gave my card and Coricraft allows these transactions to happen. Which is CRAZY as there is no pin etc.

When I called their call centre they told me, "Well, you going to have to go to the police station and get an affidavit to say you didn't make the transactions." so let me get this right, YOU have no security on your cards and SOMEHOW someone has used my details without an ID or anything. They have done it in MULTIPLE places and now you want ME to go to the police station you tell you it wasnt me???

Are you mad? I have 24 hour CCTV. I am happy for you to come see I was no where NEAR those shops. Not to mention I sure as hell havent lost my ID. I dont need to go anywhere to get the police to sign anything. YOU need to cancel my card and amend my statement followed by your OWN investigation into how your stores would allow a transaction without any ID or signatures.

RIDICULOUS. Worse store on the planet. DO NOT buy from them.
