Dissatisfied Customer

Coricraft does not even deserve one star from me. Bought a bed at the Mall of Africa during their 20% sale. The fabric I asked for is apparently discontinued, so I went on to choose any fabric for the order to go through and told the salesperson I was not sure of the fabric and would advise if I wanted it changed. I called the store during that same week to let the salesperson know that I will be coming to the store to confirm my order. I went into the store and changed the fabric, which I was still not sure about. I was told to go sleep on it and if I was still unsure, I could change it again. The salesperson called me after a couple of days to ask if he could confirm my order, I then told him to cancel it seing that I was not happy with the fabric. A couple of days later I got my statement from RCS and to my surprise, the order was appearing on the statement. When I called the store to enquire what the reason was for not cancelling my order, I was told I could take all the time I needed to make up my mind. When I fanally made up my mind, which was to change from fabric to leather, the sale had ended for the bed but not for everything else. I was told that I would still get it on sale, they just needed to confiem with the manager. I received a call after a couple of days following up and was told the manager refused the 20% discount and I should be informed that if I cancel my order I would be charged a 10% cancellation fee which nobody had told me about until this point. I REFUSE to pay the 10%.
