Dissatisfied and disappointed

I bought cushions online that were going for R150 each. I bought 4 delivery fee was R90. The transaction happened in May, till today there are no Cushions nor refund. I have requested my money back because they said they have run out of stock. What a pathetic service. I just need my money back please
