dissappointed

I am an big coricraft fan. Yes the service is almost alway terrible but I love the furniture. In December I bought the shutter bedroom set. Delivery was delayed and when they finally delivered the bedside tables were missing. They also assembled the bed for me. In February I noticed something was not quite right with the bed. When i lifted the matress I was horrified to see broken parts underneath. I have layed 3 complaints the coricraft's website with no response and I struggle to get through to the call centre. I am soo dissappointed. I would like to know how to go about getting the bed fixed.
