DISSAPPOINTED

<p>I am now very disappointed in the service and attitude of this company. We bought a chair from Corricraft Cradlestone on Sa****ay28/05 .</p> <p>Hey could not deliver before the following Sa****ay 04/06 after they promised delivery would be on Tuesday 31/05.</p> <p>Now we collected the chair from Cradlestone store and to our utter dismay…. The leather is tore and the front wooden pedestals are incorrectly installed.</p> <p>What now….wait another week for them to see if there is stock……no sorry or appologies……..this company does not go the extra mile for any customer</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an order that are supposed to be delivered on the 13th June…..and I am fearing that day as I am foreseeing all the excuses and lies.</p> <p>This WILL be the last time I am supporting such an inexperienced and unprofessional company</p>
