Displaying sold items as available
I saw a dining room set displayed on the store floor. I decided to buy it and was told it is sold, sold out and discontinued. It had no SOLD markings on it. Why is it displayed in the shop in that case?

08 Feb 2016, 08:26Hello valueAdd,
Apologies for this, with the current sale we are moving certain units that are discontinued and as stock depletes we will sell units off the floor. These units are then collected by the client or on route for delivery.
i would be more than happy to arrange a discount on a different unit to compensate you for the frustration.
