Dishonest and terrible service

<p>Went to coricroft tokai on Jan 14th and found a lovely armchair. We were told it would take 4 weeks. Four weeks later we called to ask if it was ready yet and they responded that they originally said 6 weeks (which is *******). They also informed us that they had on record that we were called and told it would only be completed on 27th Feb - we received no such communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>Waiting an additional 3 weeks for a piece of furniture is highly frustrating, but the dishonesty we encounterd is inexcusable. This will be our last purchase from coricraft.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
