Disgustingly Poor Service Delivery!
In July 2018 I purchased a new mattress and lounge suite. A year later the mattress which cost R8000 has fallen apart. I contacted CoriCraft and continuously requested assistance as they so eagerly advertised their warranty upon purchase. I lodged the complaint on May 30 2019. I received feedback today which stated they will not assist with my query. I would advise taking your money and purchasing furniture anywhere else but from them. From the moment we bought our furniture we have had issues from delivery to now after sale service. They are pathetic and absolutely dishonest!

We apologise for the mattress not meeting your expectations however we are unable to repair a soiled mattress, We could assist you with a discount on the purchase of another mattress .
We recommend that you use a mattress protector as mattress warranties are voided if the mattress is soiled in any way, this is for hygiene purposes . The guarantee and warranties clearly state this and it is common practice in the mattress industry .
