Disgusting Service from the Manager at Coricraft at Design Quarters Fourways

We went to Coricraft at Design Quarter this weekend. We saw scatter cushions marked at R499.00 less 70% which amounts to approx. R150.00 per cushion, We took 3 and went to pay for them and only to be charged R 210.00 per cushion. Upon querying this, we are told the system is the final price. How is that possible when the cushions on the floor has a different price. The manager was called and she was so useless and tells us its their policy. She calls someone senior on the phone and we get the same nonsense. They were adamant we must pay the higher price. My frustration was with the manager who cannot even do her job and was so arrogant and that the staff that mark the product are not checking the prices. We the customer are then penalized to pay the higher price. I have never had such big chain store give us so much attitude. We left the cushions and chose not to but them (clearly losing a sale is more important) and I would not recommend Coricraft at Design Quarter due to lack of people skills. !!! really pathetic service from them.
