Disgusting service and very disapointing quality of goods !!
<p>I was so excited when i ordered my couch in december which i got in feb deliverd to me. The couch was a red material, to my disgust this material they used on the couch makes fluff all over everything as you can imagine red fluff !! so i called coricraft help line and all they could tell me was take a raizer and use it on the couch !! can you imagine i am now sitting with a couch that is covered in a type of fluff due to inferior material used and the couch is brand new but looks many years old !!! Please coricraft take responsibility for what you sell and sort this out i want you to take back the couch and use a material worthy of the price of the furniture you sell !! What happened to retaining clients for life ??</p>
We are sorry that the fabric is pilling , this is not a sign of a poor quality fabric but rather a sign of a very strong fibres. Most fabrics pill to some extent . Using a fluff shaver will not damage the fabric at all .
We can come out to you and do the pill shaving for you alternatively you could select an alternate fabric . As this is a custom unit we will need to charge a handling fee.
Please let me know what you would prefer to do .
