Disgusting service

Shocking service or non service from Cresta Coricraft, I am still waiting for simple feedback or assistance from someone months after paying a deposit for basic corifil. The staff are useless and unhelpful. Even the whatsapp customer care line, no one helps. I have sent several messages asking for conformed date of delivery and am being ignored.
