Disgusting service 21 days can’t get my refund

Disgusting service. Bought a product online cancelled ordered as I found in store 21 days and I can’t get a refund!! No one can help logged multiple calls, went into Table bay 4 x sent mails to the managers and still can’t get my refund. Will never buy from them again and do not use online the store sales can’t help at all with online orders..
