Disgusting Customer Service and you have lost a loyal customer

I purchased a couch from this company last year and a few months later noticed that the frame was creaking and asked that Coricraft collect the couch for repairs . They did so and i thought this was amazing service . The "repair " took place and within a few days the couch was returned to me ...with same problem. I left it for a few months hoping it would remedy itself but it got worse . I then decided a month ago to contact Coricraft to again pick up the couch and this time i asked for a full report on why this couch was still creaking . They again collected the couch . It took them more than a month to return the couch and the problem was never sorted. I still have a creaking couch and Coricraft could not fix the problem . The customer service was shocking to say the least . I had to constantly make contact to establish when i would be getting my couch back , delivery dates were confirmed and then changed because staff were *********** . I was never told it would take a month to repair and the cherry on top was that IT WAS NOT REPAIRED . I am still awaiting a report back on what was repaired and i have given up on this company . I will never buy even a pillow from this group ,i can now understand all the complaints on this forum relating to Coricraft . Incompetence is the word and you have lost a customer for good and word of mouth hurts ........
