Disgusting customer service
I used my FNB debit card to pay for our purchase. The cashier swiped the card and after putting in my pin, there was a connection error. She tried the card again with the same issue. I received an sms from my bank saying the money had come off. The cashier called the bank and received a manual authorization number. She then told the store manager that she would have to capture the sale manually , the store manager refused! from what we over heard, it was as though we were trying to ROB the store... And where not to be trusted. there where other customers who could clearly hear her. When we tried to explain that it was their machine, she very rudely said that it was our faulty bank... We even told her that it was FNB and she laughed... Almost as though she was making fun of us. She was rude and had no intention of assisting us. We promptly canceled the sale and left.

Apologies for the problem that you encountered with systems being off line. Nirvana didn't mean to come across as rude .
We would love to welcome you back into the showroom . I am sure that your next experience will be a much better reflection of the service you deserve.
Kind regards,
