Disgusting customer service

I have never been so disappointed by a trusted shop like Coricraft the Crescent showroom. I bought a three seater and two seater Terry leather couches, both Zambezi brown on the 23th of November. When choosing them I considered the availability of stock since the factory was closing soon. The salesman ( Nhlakanipho ) confirmed that they are available at their Johannesburg warehouse and will be delivered in three weeks. However, after the three weeks he promised I did not receive my delivery and no one called me to give an excuse or explanation until I went to him and asked and he tod me that the warehouse have received the three seater only and the two seater is in transit. I called the warehouse on the 14th of December and they confirmed that they have received the three seater only. This has their story from then until the 27th of December when I went to the warehouse only to find out that the system in now showing that the two seater is not in transit but still under manufacturing and will be finished around the 23th of January and only delivered mid February. I then went to the Crescent shop for a better explanation and they also told me the same and promised to get their manager to call me which has not happened until today.

I call Nhlakanipho again today and he came up with another clever explanation saying someone have tempered with the order on the system and removed the two seater which he had allocated to my order and promised to call me after talking to the manager. So I believe he is still talking to his manager from 10h00 am until now 17h00 since he has not called me.

I just feel like I'm being fooled around by people who are supposed to give a professional and excellent customer service considering theit brand and how luxurious their products are. But from my current experience, I am never buying from them. Their Disgusting customer service is just not inviting as what they sell
