Disgusted with service and quality

DISGUSTED WITH LACK OF SERVICE -DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR FURNITURE We had our lounge suite delivered in April/May, and requested scotch guarding before delivery. Since delivery we have asked for inspection to sort out marks and stains on the leather (supposidly from the scoth guarding process) we have sent multiple emails, visited the store countless times, sent and resent evidence, order numbers and made many phone calls. To this day we have not had the service we require. I have asked for the couch to be collected and would like to be refunded my money. I received a response once again asking for receipt and order details. I have yet to have a phone call, inspection and I still have had no service at all. I would appreciate someone within the management team getting back to me, refund me my money and collect the lounge suite. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME!
