Disgusted by the service from coricraft

@CoricraftSA We are very thwarted with your service at two of your stores Galleria Mall and Springfield. We ordered furniture from these stores on the 15th July and we were promised delivery after 6 weeks as we needed two recliners made.The 6 weeks passed and my mom was the one who had to follow up for updates countless times after there was no feed back from your staff. Eventually last week she requested her money back and she was told the furniture would be delivered today.Monday (23/09) the furniture was delivered and the two recliners are different in color with the rest of the couches which is not what we ordered. The dinning table is missing its legs. Please explain to me how all of this makes sense? this is frustrating on our end as we have waited so long for our order for it to arrive incorrect and incomplete. Now your manager at Galleria says the couches will be delivered in four weeks and it is not good enough considering that the wrong order was your mistake. We need this resolved.
