Disgusted!

I am in the process of redoing my home and recently completed my study (all with Coricraft finishes), I have moved onto my main bedroom and at the end of November ordered a King size, extra length bed and mattress though Coricraft, we asked for delivery on the 04/01/2016 as we were travelling. This wasn't a problem and after paying a decent amount for the bed we went on our way. <br> I received an email stating the bed is in production and all still on track for delivery on the 04/01/2016.<br> A week before delivery, I received an sms reminder confirming the bed will yet again be delivered on the 04/01/2016 and still thought what good service, the morning of the 04/01/2016 I received ANOTHER confirmation sms, stating the bed will be delivered between 10:30am and 12:30pm today. At 1pm, I called Coricraft to confirm the delivery and they said, mam your bed is out on delivery, they are just held up at another client.<br> At 3pm, we received a call stating the bed was never produced and will not be delivered at all, but once the factory is open in 2 weeks, it will be delivered another 4 weeks from there. I cannot believe how we were **** to! We requested a loan bed, which never came either.
