DISGUSTED

We are regular clients to Coricraft and now do nit wish to support the product at all. This is all due to the *********** staff running manufacturing and deliveries. The service at the Glen branch is immaculate however what happens after a sale is done is utterly disgusting. We ordered a slouch couch and experienced the following sequence of events:<br> 1. Material was discontinued and we where assured that choosing new material will not impact the delivery date.<br> 2. 5 days After choosing the new material we received a call from the warehouse requesting us to choose new material which will impact the delivery date.<br> 3. Accepting the week later delivery we requested our order to be placed 1st on schedule as we have a wedding to attend at 1pm. It is now 13:20 and my delivery has still not arrived.<br> <br> LILLIAN from the warehouse called us in the week and requested a time for delivery and we gave it to her, to our surprise, we received a sms on Friday at 16:50 saying delivery will be made at 14:30 and when we tried calling to change, NO ANSWER they leave at 17:00. I love the product but manufacturing and distribution need competent people to understand your clients needs.<br>
