Disgruntled Customer

They don't even deserve one rating ..... Customer / Client service is absolutely shocking. They don't respond to issues and keep you hanging telling you it will be sorted, it will be sorted day after day. Manager Darren at Greenstone Branch is particulary ***********. Placed an order, order was confirmed only to find out 2 days after the order had been confirmed that they didn't have stock of the fabric. Surely that should have been checked at the time of placing the order. Went back on the 10th to cancel the order and get a credit. First off told they can't credit my credit card - funny but you could debit my credit card. So I accepted an eft credit which was meant to take no longer than 7 days to process. I have advised numerous times I'm leaving the country and yet we are now on day 11 and still not a word from Coricraft. I have to follow up daily and they have yet to process my credit. Extremely frustrating and annoying to be **** to continually. It is not YOUR money - this amounts to theft. And not a word from Coricraft - very sad in this tough economy to treat your customers in this way. Never ever will I buy anything from your establishment.
