Disappointed with reputation!

Coricraft is suppose to be one of the upmarket furniture stores in our country, and market themselves with long-life guarentees on structures of sofa’s.

I am a new beginner, shopping around for a sofa. Decided to spend MORE than what my budget allowed to buy quality, which will last fot the next 10-20 years. Started with 1 Santorini 2-seater. Waited 5 weeks for delivery, which I was OK with; I mean, its quality and worth the wait, right? After delivery, I immediatly found that the structure was a mess, making noices as I was sitting down or even when I was just moving.

I phone and reported it to the sales office I orded from in Bloemfontein. They directed me to the warehouse to do an assessment. The warehouse wanted to take my couch for 3 days to investigate. This was my only couch, and I told them to borrow me one in the meantime, but they instead replaced it with a new one. I waited a week for the new couch to be deliverd, funny!!!!! Because why did I had to wait 5 weeks first time around for a new couch, and now only 1 week? The same day of delivery I realised the same problem occurred. Also making noises. Really???????? Coricraft couches with life time guarantee...... 2 BRAND NEW couches in a row, both with the same structure problem. Now I’m getting back my old couch which they had fixed!(hopefully) I am so fed-up! I just want my money back! Luckily the customer service at their Bloemfontein branch is acceptable.

Really Coricraft?????? Do you want to keep up with your good reputation? In my opinion, it’s noisy couches with overpriced tags!
