Disappointed

I bought cushions on sale last year online, unfortunately I was called weeks later and told the cushions I wanted were out of stock. I was advised to go to any shop and choose cushions equivalent to the original amount. I refused and opted to wait, unfortunately I was called again this year March to go and chose something else because they won’t be manufacturing those type of cushions again, So on Friday 21/07/21 I went to Coricraft Eastrand Retail Park to go and choose my cushions, I got to the till to explain my situation a lady by the name of Matilda told me there is no way she wil allow me to take the cushions. This was even after she went on my profile and saw my purchase was authorised. She flat out refused to ring my cushions and said March was long time ago, how can I take so long to collect and she gladly gave me her contacts and said the head office should contact her.
