Disappointed at your service offering

’m very disappointed at your Cradlestone branch and how they prioritize orders and consideration for customers needs. I ordered a bed with you people on the 4th of August and was told that because mattresses have to be specially made for each order as they aren’t readily available, I’ll have to wait for 10 working days for my bed to be made and soon after will be brought to me. I call now to follow up and I’m told Ill have to wait another 4 more days since Coricraft had a promo they were running that took priority and my order got pushed back. This wasn’t told to me. I very much disappointed and feel you should know your service is ****py. The 10 day story you have is nonsense and don’t come back to me with “ensuring quality” story but tell me how you plan on improving your turn around time.

This was Saturday the 20th. Today still nothing hase come through.

But judging from all the comments here, mine will also fall on deaf ears.
