Disappointed

I am so disappointed in Coricraft. They promised me that all my stock will be delivered in time. They do not provide any feedback. My husband had to go to the shop to find out what is going and they have advised that our dining table will only be delivered in January. I asked him if it will be fine if there is no stock, can I buy from the display which he advised it will be no problem. Now we hear they cannot do it. The store manager promised me that all will be delivered and that he would not promised me if he is not confident that it will be delivered. I will never order from them again as I had to constantly phone them and ask what is going on. They did not even communicated to head office to state that I had a discount voucher. Head office kept on contacting me and stated they will not delivered until the account has been settled even though I had a discount voucher. Poor service and would not recommend them again.
