Dining Set Table Damaged

Good Day,<br> <br> On Friday 6th March 2015, My girlfriend and I decided to purchase the Mokka Dining table set which incl a bench and 5 chairs for R10K from the branch in Canal Walk.<br> <br> The next morning we picked up the Dining table set from the factory in Epping 2 Industrial, they were wrapped.<br> Upon unwrapping and setting it up, we found that 2 chairs were horribly damaged. The back rest is only attached to stool part with material.<br> <br> We have contacted the employee whom we purchased the items from in Canal Walk, they said we will have to wait between 2 - 5 working days and then it will be ready for pick up.<br> <br> We have waited 4 days thus far and have heard no response from them, also it would be kind of the Coricraft group to deliver these items and pick up their damaged goods as this issue should not even be discussed.<br> <br> Perhaps we should part pay them until they deliver the goods they promised in future. Really unhappy about this poor service.<br> <br> Regards<br> Sameer
